AutoWhats runs on the WhatsApp number a business already uses. It answers from the business's own knowledge base, understands photos and voice notes, and hands over to staff at any time.

Our solution

A multi-tenant SaaS built on the Meta WhatsApp Business platform with a Next.js dashboard: knowledge-base training, a visual flow builder, catalogue-driven orders and appointments, in-chat mobile-money payment prompts, automatic follow-ups, human takeover and role-based team access, plus subscription plans with a free trial.
